The Mindful -E- Center

The Mindful Center

June 18, 2016 - 09:00 AM

Online Mindfulness. Anytime. Anywere. On any device.

There are times in our lives when we need the teachings on meditation more than ever…
but that can also be when getting to a class becomes virtually impossible.
Much less a class with a truly inspired teacher.

For many years on her drive home from teaching, Michelle DuVal, director of The Mindful Center, would daydream of ways to expand the walls of the class room.  The discussion had been so engaging, the content so powerful, so useful….absolutely everyone should have access to them.

Now with these online meditation programs, you don’t just get your own teacher who can show up on your schedule.  You also get a teacher who has had the great good fortune of studying with some of the best teachers in the world, who’s been teaching for almost 15 years and whose father was also a meditation teacher, and whose creativity, inspiration and humor develops the teachings in a way that makes it all profoundly doable.

“There’s a logic to these programs that makes meditation something I can actually understand and do.  After struggling with it for years, I can now finally say I know how to meditate and that I am practicing daily.  And it feels better than words can describe.”
