There are times in our lives when we need the teachings on meditation more than ever…

Michelle DuVal PhotoMichelle DuVal, MA, is the current director and lead instructor of The Mindful Center. She is also the director and lead instructor for the mindfulness programs at the University of New Mexico Center for Life, the Presbyterian Healthplex, the New Mexico Heart Institute and Evolutions Family Counseling in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has been a featured speaker at numerous conventions, including the Presbyterian Medical/ Surgical symposium, the SIMPLE conference, the National Association of Social Workers convention, the OSLER symposium, and she is the leader of the meditation workshops for the Cancer Services of New Mexico bi-annual retreats as well as for the cardiac rehab programs at Presbyterian Healthplex.
