Since its inception in 1991, The Mindful Center has offered a non-religious and evidence-based approach to Mindfulness Meditation. This means that all of our programs are rooted in the latest scientific research emerging on the mind, body, and brain and are presented in logical and cohesive formats.
Generally, all of our programs include lecture, visual and audio presentations, interactive workshops, and guided meditations in a comfortable classroom environment.
All of our teachers are highly trained in creating open and engaging atmospheres tailored toward the needs of the students. We encourage questions and discussions, but also make sure we create the time to practice a formal meditation in every class we offer.
