Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of raising our level of awareness. With greater awareness, we have the ability to not only live richer, fuller lives, but also to greatly reduce our stress.
The modern day way of living is to fill our lives with distractions, running from one task to the next, with no end in sight. We keep ourselves so engaged in the doing, we have little to no time to actually become acquainted with one of the more important aspects of our being – our own mind.
Mindfulness meditation is the practice that can interrupt the flow of mindless behavior and reactivity and bring us closer to a life lived with ease and peace, no matter our external circumstances.
Mindfulness meditation is evidence based and all of our classes at The Mindful Center are non-religious.
