This series of 6 meditations
was used with great success
in a research project at the U of New Mexico
for people experiencing pain.
When we’re in pain, it can be virtually impossible to sit in meditation. This series begins with short practices and is designed to build week after week into longer practices so as to cultivate your ability to be with your pain AND cultivate peaceful states of mind – a difficult thing to conceive, but amazing to experience in practice.
