Michelle DuVal, MA

Retreat leader Michelle DuVal, MA, is the full time director and lead instructor of The Mindful Center and has devoted her life to sharing meditative practices that can truly lead to greater health and well being. Erin Hansbrough

Yoga Instructor Erin Hansbrough began studying yoga and meditation in 1998, and has been teaching since 2001. She is a registered yoga teacher at the E-RYT 500 level, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Dedicated to making yoga accessible and empowering for everyone, Erin is skilled in communicating alignment principles, philosophy, and attention to the inner state in ways that uplift and support each student. She is also the co-owner of Grassroots Yoga in Albuquerque.
