We have developed highly flexible, interactive, and dynamic programs to train management and employees how to develop an understanding of what depletes our health, focus, and physiological energy more than anything else – STRESS – and the clinically proven tools to better manage and reduce it.
Our Mindfulness Based Workplace Workshops leverage many of the principles and skills taught in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center’s Stress Reduction Clinic. Both programs have a substantial body of evidence supporting mindfulness as a tool for mitigating stress and providing many different physiological and psychological benefits.
