Then join us for this one-of-a-kind program as we explore techniques in meditation and mindfulness designed by men, for men, to release tension, open you up to a more fulfilling daily life experience, increase resiliency, help you to step into ‘flow,’ and increase emotional intelligence and the ability to bring this intelligence into your relationships at work and at home. Nothing touchy-feely about this class, it’s straight up mindfulness….but for men. Instructor: Danny Lopez.
Day Course in Mindfulness
Saturday, Sept. 22
The perfect intro to Mindfulness. Join Michelle DuVal, MA, in this dynamic day session as she covers the essential elements of mindfulness practice: What it is, how to do it in our daily lives for real stress reduction, and how it can help with sleep issues, weight issues, as well as chronic worry, anxiety and depression. With time to practice a variety of meditations – breathing, walking, eating, and lying down (great for sleep issues!).
Calm and Strong
8 Week Program
Mondays, Sept. 24 – Nov. 12
Why not exercise the body and the mind….together? That’s the inspiration behind the Calm and Strong program, as participants are trained to do 10 minutes of meditation that leads right into a great 10 minute workout that can be done anytime and anywhere in about the space of a yoga mat. Week to week the practices build on one another, enabling the participants to really feel and experience the progress that can be enabled by weekly attention to both physical and mental aspects of strength and resiliency.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: Part 2
4 Week Program
Saturdays, Oct. 6 – Oct. 27
If you’ve taken MBSR and want to go further, then this is the program for you. This class picks up where MBSR left off, with more advanced practices, new guided meditations, and a higher level of focus on creating consistent mindfulness practice as a way of life. Build community with other mindfulness practitioners in this dynamic deep-dive into advanced mindfulness.
