So who wouldn’t love to live in the peaceful serenity of a beach in Bali? Beautiful open skies, the sound of waves lapping the shore, etc. etc. etc.
But what if we could create an inner Bali, equally fresh, open and serene? Then experiencing the feelings that a trip to Bali might awaken wouldn’t be dependent on a giant bank account and time off from work.
This is what we practice creating in meditation.
An inner Bali. An inner space that no bitter coworkers can touch, that screaming children can’t penetrate, and that even deadlines can’t restrict.
