When we need it the most, we tend to do it the least.

That can be said about most aspects of self-care.

When we’re feeling run down, we tend to reach for the junk food instead of real nourishment.

When we’re over-fatigued, we tend to stay up watching netflix instead of committing to lights out early.

And when our minds are racing and running wild…our meditation practice has  tendency to go out the window.

That’s why I’m so excited to share with you this video….I put EVERY ONE OF MY TOP TIPS for how to get yourself to meditate, even when your mind is racing, you’re feeling crabby, and all you want to do is hide from the world with a tub of ice cream.

This is a really practical guide, and I know that when you put into play some or even ALL of the tips I’ve laid out, you’ll watch your daily practice sky rocket and your mental peace settle into your bones like a dove settling into its nest.

Simple.  Effective. Totally do-able.  Check it out….

Join me for group meditation via webinar
