Please note that this will take you out of your Life on Mindfulness platform, and it might require a different password, depending on what you used when you first signed up. If you request a new password through our e-Center – it won’t change or impact the password you use to log in here, to Life on Mindfulness. We are working toward getting everything in one place, but we have to go in segments. Sometimes people have issues with the videos playing, or the guided meditations, or sometimes it just seems like things are wonky.
There are a few simple reasons this happens, and they are easy to solve.
1.Please check that you are using the most current version of your browser. If you are unsure, you can go here to check which browser you are using and what version:

Then, if you need to you can:
1st: Update your browser
2nd: Refresh your browser
2. Clear your Cache – See below for the simple video on How to Clear Your Cache – which is by far the #1 issue that people have. BY FAR.
What happens is that people’s browsers save old versions of websites in what’s called cache, so that when you log in to a website that you’ve been to before, it loads faster.
But when changes are made to the website itself, when your browser pulls up an older version of that now-changed website, it can get you caught in the dreaded “Your website isn’t working for me” space.
It’s really easy to clear your cache, takes probably less than a minute….if you don’t know how to do it, you can either google Clear Cache on (whatever browser you’re using, Chrome or Safari or whatever) and google will give you the steps.
I also made a video about it, as it’s such a common issue to have. You won’t have to do this all the time, once should last you a really long time.

Yes! Everything here is mobile friendly. Simply go to my website www.themindfulcenter.com and click the Membership Log In button at the top right of the screen, then enter your info the same as you would from the website and Viola! Everything can now be accessed on your phone.

Yes! Every week we show you what’s coming up new in the upcoming week, and then we change out the workshop excerpts, video teachings, and the featured guided meditations each month.
Follow these simple steps:
#1: Log in to Life on Mindfulness
#2: Once logged in, from your dashboard (the screen that says Welcome Back + Your Name) click My Account, then from the left hand menu, click Update Billing Address.
#3: Click Edit, which can be found on the right side of the screen next to your current billing address.
#4: Make your changes, then be sure to check the box at the bottom that says “Update the Billing Address used for all future renewals of my active subscriptions.”
#5: Click “Save Address” at the bottom of the screen.
Follow these simple steps:
#1: Log in to Life on Mindfulness
#2: Once logged in, from your dashboard (the screen that says Welcome Back + Your Name) click My Account, then from the left hand menu, click My Account Details.
#3: Review and update personal information and/or change password.
#4: Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen.
Follow these simple steps:
#1: Log in to Life on Mindfulness
#2: Once logged in, from your dashboard (the screen that says Welcome Back + Your Name) click My Account, then from the left hand menu, click My Subscription.
#3: Click “View.“
#4: From the next screen, click “Cancel.”
