Have you taken MBSR and want to go further?
Then this is the class for you.
In this one-of-a-kind 4 week program designed for people who have taken MBSR and want to keep going, we will explore some advanced topics and practices as they relate to mindfulness, meditation, the mind, and how we can leverage these practices toward creating greater ease and connection in our worlds.
Each class will include longer periods for meditation, and we will ask that students make the time to do their daily practices as outlined in the program every day so that we can really go places you just can’t go without consistent practice.
Some topics of this program will include:
- Dealing with difficult people
- Dealing with difficult emotions
- Dealing with the body
- Dealing with attachments that give rise to stress, anxiety, fear, confusion, etc.
This program includes new guided meditation downloads and other resources.
