7 DAY SAMPLE RETREAT SCHEDULE  |  INTERNATIONAL

Saturday 

This day is primarily focused on arriving and settling in to our
stunning beach hotel.  

6:30 – 7:30pm
DINNER
Our first meal together! A time for meeting the group, connecting with Michelle,
and beginning to relax into the slow, healthy, natural vibe of our retreat.

8 – 8:45pm
GUIDED MEDITATION
Optional first meditation on the beach
We know many of you might be tired from travel, so please note this is optional.

7-8am
MORNING MEDITATION

8:30 – 9:30AM BREAKFAST

10-12:30 TEACHINGS AND PRACTICES

12:30-1 FREE TIME

1-2 LUNCH

2-5 FREE TIME

5-6:30 TEACHINGS AND PRACTICES

6:30 – 7:30 DINNER

8-9PM EVENING MEDITATION

Tuesday and Thursday

7-8am
MORNING MEDITATION

8:30 – 9:30AM BREAKFAST

9:30 – 10AM FREE TIME

10-12:30 TEACHINGS AND PRACTICES

12:30-1 FREE TIME

1-2 LUNCH

2-6:30 FREE TIME/ EXCURSIONS/ HIKING/ SPA/ MASSAGE/ EXPLORE

6:30 – 7:30 DINNER

8-9PM EVENING MEDITATION

Saturday

The retreat ends with breakfast.
The return shuttles will depart based on your flight departure times.

Friday 

Check In – Anytime after 3pm

3-5pm Hang out, check things out, get acclimated and settled in

5-6pm
DINNER
 – Michelle will be here to greet you/ answer questions

6:30pm – LET THE SILENCE BEGIN! 🙂

6:30-6:45pm Time to get anything from your room if you need it for the evening meditation – warm coat, chair, etc.

6:45pm – Sunset: Sunset meditation in the meadow outside of dining hall

Saturday

5:30-6:15am Simple coffee service

6:30 – 7:30am Early Morning meditation in the meadow

7:30 – 8:30am – Breakfast

9am – Noon – Morning Meditation in the meadow (includes walking meditation in the outdoor labyrinth)

Noon – 1pm: Lunch

1-3:00pm: Free time/ rest/ hike/ yoga

1:30 – 2:30pm – optional light guided hike

3 – 5pm: Evening Meditation in the meadow

5 – 6: Dinner

6 – 7pm: Rest/ get stuff from your room for sunset meditation

7pm – Sunset: Sunset meditation in the meadow outside of dining hall

Sunday

5:30-6:15am Simple coffee service

6:30 – 7:30am Early Morning meditation in the meadow

7:30 – 8:30am – Breakfast

9am – 11:45 – Morning Meditation (includes walking meditation in the outdoor labyrinth) 

11:45 – Noon: Simple ceremony to break the silence

Noon – 1pm: Lunch

1pm Departure

Settling the Mind on the Breath Meditation

Breathing can be an immediate tool for calming the central nervous system. This short meditation can be done anytime, anywhere you want to take things down a notch and ease your stress.

SLEEP ISSUES
Middle of the Night Meditation

The next best thing to sleep is rest. If you can use this meditation to help you move into a state of rest, you are at least now moving in a good direction. So don't be discouraged if it doesn't put you right to sleep. Use it to put you to rest, and then see what happens.
