Module 1: Letting Go

ZOOM Class Dates and Times
You can float between any of the 3 weekly class sessions that best suit your schedule.  So for example, maybe one week you attend the Sunday 7am class, but then the next week Monday evening at 5pm works better for you.  Perfect.   All 3 weekly sessions will be recorded and shared with everyone in the Master Class.

MODULE 1 Date and Time Options

Sundays: Feb. 14, 21, 28 March 7.
7am – 8:30am MDT
OR
Sundays, same dates as above, 9am – 10:30am MDT
OR
Mondays: Feb. 15, 22, March 1, 8.
5pm – 6:30pm MDT

Two weeks of Partner Work:  March 9 – 23.  **Specific schedule to be determined by you and your partner with guidance from Michelle.

Module 2: Waking Up

ZOOM Class Dates and Times
You can float between any of the 3 weekly class sessions that best suit your schedule.     All 3 weekly sessions will be recorded and shared with everyone in the Master Class.

MODULE 2 Date and Time Options

Sundays: April 4, 11, 18, 25.
7am – 8:30am MDT
OR
Sundays, Same dates as above, 9am – 10:30am MDT
OR
Mondays: April 5, 12, 19, 26.
5pm – 6:30pm MDT

Two weeks of Partner Work:  April 27 – May 11.  **Specific schedule to be determined by you and your partner with guidance from Michelle.

 

Mid-Term Practical – June

This section of the program will be self-guided, with access to a mentor as well as to instructor Michelle DuVal to help keep us on path.  More info on the structure, function, and organization of this Mid-Term will come at the end of Module 2.  No weekly classes during the Mid-Term Practical are held, nor is there partner work.

Module 3: Engagement & Performance

You can float between any of the 3 weekly class sessions that best suit your schedule.     All 3 weekly sessions will be recorded and shared with everyone in the Master Class.
