Mindfulness Master Class
~The 2021 Dates~

PLEASE NOTE THE TIMES AND DAYS OF THE WEEK
FOR THE TWO DIFFERENT GROUPS
YOU CHOOSE WHICH GROUP YOU WISH
TO BE IN WHEN YOU REGISTER, AND THEN YOU STAY WITH THAT H:

GROUP A:

All Master ZOOM classes happen on
Sundays, 7am – 8:30am MST
OR
Mondays, 5pm – 6:30pm MST

You choose to attend one OR the other, as best suits your schedule.
So for example, one week you might attend the Sunday morning session, the next week you might attend the Monday evening session.  Next week you can’t make either so you watch the recording provided of one of the classes.

GROUP B:

All Master ZOOM classes happen on
Sundays, 9am – 10:30am MST
OR
Tuesdays, 5pm – 6:30pm MST

You choose to attend one OR the other, as best suits your schedule.
So for example, one week you might attend the Sunday morning session, the next week you might attend the Tuesday evening session.  Next week you can’t make either so you watch the recording provided of one of the classes.

All classes are held via ZOOM videoconferencing.
Participants need a working computer and internet in order to attend.
Technical assistance with setting up ZOOM on your computer will be provided.

Module 1: Letting Go

ZOOM Class Dates and Times
Once you choose your Group, you can attend either day and/ or float between them as best suits your schedule.  All sessions will be recorded and shared within the group.

MODULE 1 Group A

Sundays: Feb. 14, 21, 28 March 7. Time: 7 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. MST OR
Mondays: Feb. 15, 22, March 1, 8. Time: 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. MST

MODULE 1 Group B

Sundays: Feb. 14, 21, 28 March 7. Time: 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. MST OR
Tuesdays: Feb. 16, 23, March 2, 9. Time: 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. MST

Two weeks of Partner Work:  March 9 – 23.  **Specific schedule to be determined by you and your partner with guidance from Michelle.

Module 2: Waking Up

MODULE 2 Group A

Sundays: April 4, 11, 18, 25. Time: 7 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. MST OR
Mondays: April 5, 12, 19, 26. Time: 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. MST

MODULE 2 Group B

Sundays: April 4, 11, 18, 25. Time: 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. MST OR

Two weeks of Partner Work:  April 27 – May 11.  **Specific schedule to be determined by you and your partner with guidance from Michelle.

 

Mid-Term Practical – June

This section of the program will be self-guided, though access to the instructor is provided to help keep us on path.  More info on the structure, function, and organization of this Mid-Term will come at the end of Module 2.  No weekly classes during the Mid-Term Practical are held, nor is there partner work.

Module 3: Engagement & Performance
