Mindfulness Master Class/ Teacher Training

This 9 month program is for people looking for guidance, structure, inspiration, and motivation to take their mindfulness practice to the next level,
in order to create a life of greater love, connection, meaning, performance, impact, and depth,
for personal reasons and/or to receive a training certificate
through The Mindful Center because they wish to teach mindfulness to others.

The Structure

The Mindfulness Master Class/ Teacher Training is a 9 month immersion program, designed in 5 modules of 6 weeks each. The first 4 weeks of each module are devoted to weekly ZOOM classes and developing specific practices. The last two weeks are devoted to practical application and partner work. In order to keep class sizes small, there are two Groups: Group A and Group B.  For each group, there are two classes a week held via ZOOM video conferencing – you can choose to attend either one as best suits your schedule.  Each session will be recorded and shared.  You can move freely between both weekly classes as best suits your schedule.

The Transformation

Each Master Classer (you) practices transforming specific life patterns and habits with mindfulness in 5 main areas: Letting Go, Waking Up, Engagement & Performance, Being with Self, and Being with Others. Through committed, consistent practice with an expert guide in a supportive group, we learn to view the essentials of life as true opportunities for spiritual practice, making all our daily life experiences meaningful.
