Outline of Program Offerings

  • Life on Mindfulness – 4 or 8 Week Program

    • Can be considered a continuation of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program.  This program focuses first on revisiting some of the most important themes and practices of MBSR, and then expands to include more areas of our lives, including
      • Sleep issues
      • Exercise Habits
      • Interpersonal Communications
      • Eating Habits
      • Leadership Skills
      • & more
    • Depending on whether it’s a 4 or 8 week program, we can work together to decide which themes would be most relevant to your particular team.  We can also provide a simple survey to let them decide which topics they’d be most interested in, and then we tailor the program from there.  Comes with weekly readings and downloadable guided meditations on the specific topic at hand.
  • Learn to Meditate by Meditating – 4 or 8 Week Program (can also be ongoing)

    • Each 1 hour session focuses on the cultivation of 1 or 2 skills as they relate to mindfulness and meditation, such as mental relaxation, mental focus, resiliency, mental stabilization, uncluttering the mind, letting go, dealing with stress, and more.  Each session includes a short teaching on one such aspect of meditation, coupled with a 15-20 guided meditation that focuses on the cultivation of that particular skill.  Then a short discussion.   Then another short teaching and a second guided meditation.  Instructor Michelle DuVal, MA, develops the different weekly themes based on what comes up in the discussions.  Each session comes with a new downloadable guided meditation MP3 based on what was focused on in the class.  **Note: We have companies do this once a week in perpetuity, so that it becomes a weekly meditation group that can stay dynamic as the needs of the group morph and change.  Can be hosted as a drop-in offering.**

  • Find Your Peace NOW – 3 Week Online Program

    • This program is sometimes considered our Starter Kit in Mindfulness and can be an excellent tool to bring folks up to speed on some of the most essential teachings and guided meditation downloads of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
  • 21 Day Meditation Challenge

    • Every single day for 21 days participants receive a short (6min.) video teaching with mindfulness expert Michelle DuVal, MA + a new downloadable guided meditation, delivered straight to their inbox.  So that’s 21 six minute videos + 21 different guided meditations!  Can be great as a challenge to get the whole team upping their mental skills!  Can also be scheduled to happen just during work days, so this program could extend out for @4 weeks – 21 teachings divided by 5 day work weeks.

SLEEP ISSUES
Body Scan for Relaxation

The next best thing to sleep is rest. If you can use this meditation to help you move into a state of rest, you are at least now moving in a good direction. So don't be discouraged if it doesn't put you right to sleep. Use it to put you to rest, and then see what happens.
