Scheduling and Caps

We are 100% flexible on when we run these programs and can be ready anytime.
Here is a starting point for discussion on scheduling:

  • Early March: MBSR 8 Week Online Program….cap 75

  • June – July: Mindful Eating 8 Week Online Program…cap 75

    **Open registration end of spring semester, run program in summer months (based on past teacher feedback)

  • July/ August -ACE Conference for Leaders rollout in July, Start program mid-August – cap 100

  • September – 21 Day Meditation Online Challenge – cap 75

  • October – 21 Day Calm and Strong -Meditation + Exercise Online Challenge – I say as many as we can get!

November – End of year Catch All – Find Your Peace NOW: 3 Week Online Program – cap 35

  • Feb. 4: MBSR Teaser communication email goes out via Melani
    • Delivered to Adriana on Feb. 3
  • Feb. 18: Program flier and promo video delivered to Melani by Michelle
    • Delivered to Melani and Adriana Feb. 19 **also added in an email communication**
  • Feb. 25: Program flier distributed to APS via Melani, promo video is up on APS website with registration hyperlink below the video
  • Feb. 25 – March 8: Registration period
  • March 21 – May 9: Program Dates
2. Mindful Eating
8 Week Online Program
  • April 29: Program flier and promo video delivered to Melani by Michelle
  • May 6: Program flier distributed to APS via Melani, promo video is up on APS website with registration hyperlink below the video
  • May 6 – May 22: Registration period
  • June 6 – July 25: Program Dates
    • *note* because of longer registration period, Michelle will send out emails to registrants reminding them that their program will be starting soon

Settling the Mind on the Breath Meditation

Breathing can be an immediate tool for calming the central nervous system. This short meditation can be done anytime, anywhere you want to take things down a notch and ease your stress.

SLEEP ISSUES
Body Scan for Relaxation

The next best thing to sleep is rest. If you can use this meditation to help you move into a state of rest, you are at least now moving in a good direction. So don't be discouraged if it doesn't put you right to sleep. Use it to put you to rest, and then see what happens.
