Program Descriptions

Back to the Basics: Learn to Meditate by Meditating

Monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly lunch and learns. Can run however many months you want (I have companies doing this in perpetuity, so that it became an ongoing meditation group at their company).

The Sleep Class: 4 Week Program

Typically a 4 week program.  A cool thing that I had another company do was to intersperse this program with the Learn to Meditate by Meditating program.  So the whole thing lasted 2 months, with me coming in on a weekly basis.  I believe what you’re looking for is once a month sessions, so we could do the same thing and have the whole thing take 8 months to complete.

21 Day Online Meditation Challenge

I typically do a live kick-off for this program, with me coming in and getting people to actually sign up to accept the challenge.  When the challenge begins, every day for 21 days participants receive a daily email with a 6 minute video teaching from me + a new downloadable guided meditation.  The teachings and practices are designed to progress participants from beginner to more advanced, so that everyone feels like their skill set with meditation has progressed and deepened over the course of the challenge.  APS is doing this challenge, and they opted to do it only over 21 work days instead of 21 consecutive days, which is an option as well.  They also offered prizes for people who complete all 21 days….we could discuss this as well.

**I can also do this as a live session, with the online piece being supplemental.**

21 Day Calm and Strong: Meditation + Exercise Online Challenge

Same thing as the 21 day meditation challenge, only each practice combines meditation with short HIIT sessions.  All the same options as above are available.
