Scheduling and Caps

We are 100% flexible on when we run these programs and can be ready anytime.
The caps are flexible as well, and any unused slots can be rolled over to subsequent programs.
This brings our numbers to 675 plus however many sign up for the meditation+exercise challenge.

Here is a starting point for discussion on scheduling and caps:

  • July 2019: MBSR 4 Week Online Program….cap 150

    • Open registration ASAP (May) run program in July (based on past teacher feedback)

  • September 2019 – Mindful Leadership Skills 4 Week Online Program – cap 150

  • November 2019 (in time for the holidays): Mindful Eating 4 Week Online Program…cap 150

  • January 2020 – 21 Day Calm and Strong -Meditation + Exercise Online Challenge – I say as many as we can get!

  • April 2020 – 21 Day Meditation Online Challenge – cap 150

  • June 2020 – Find Your Peace NOW: 3 Week Online Program – cap 75

Breathing can be an immediate tool for calming the central nervous system. This short meditation can be done anytime, anywhere you want to take things down a notch and ease your stress.

SLEEP ISSUES
Body Scan for Relaxation

The next best thing to sleep is rest. If you can use this meditation to help you move into a state of rest, you are at least now moving in a good direction. So don't be discouraged if it doesn't put you right to sleep. Use it to put you to rest, and then see what happens.
