Overview

Participants learn about mindfulness meditation and then move right into the different practices so as to relax and de-stress right on the spot.  Includes a variety of meditations, and a chance to discuss the experience and bond with co-workers in a truly relaxed environment.

Overview

Really get the gang unwound and reconnected with a full day of mindfulness – includes gentle mindful yoga practices and stress-reducing meditations such as breathing, lying down, eating and walking meditations.  Part guidance, part experiential, this day of focused relaxation will have your employees relaxing together and having some fun, while at the same time learning the skills for stress reduction which will last well beyond the scope of the retreat.

Body Scan for Relaxation

The next best thing to sleep is rest. If you can use this meditation to help you move into a state of rest, you are at least now moving in a good direction. So don't be discouraged if it doesn't put you right to sleep. Use it to put you to rest, and then see what happens.
