Where Do You Want To Go Next?

If you have the sense that this new year could be an important one….

Then Join Us for this Special Retreat: Sat. Jan. 26 10am – 3pm

Michelle DuVal, MA, Director of The Mindful Center, will be hosting this day retreat in which she’ll share some of the most impactful practices for bringing about real change as we head into this new year.

She’ll teach and then lead you through a series of meditations designed to create insight in the practitioner in sometimes very moving and profound ways.  And with the gorgeous Norbertine as our retreat space, the day is sure to be both nourishing and (potentially) surprising.

Before the retreat you’ll be asked to fill out  a brief questionnaire designed to bring some clarity into what you might be intending for your new year, and then Michelle will bring you into a practice designed to specifically touch into your particular intention.

Sound intriguing?  Good….it will be an interesting day.

Hope so much you can join us.

From Michelle

Michelle DuVal – Director of TMC Albuquerque
“I recently hosted a private retreat and we did some of these practices…and holy moly was the experience ever powerful!  So much so I knew I had to open it up to everyone.  If you’re interested in learning how to hone your practice into actionable items for how you show up in the new year, then this could be an important retreat for you.  Can’t wait to see you there!”
