Day Course in Mindfulness

The perfect intro to Mindfulness. Join Michelle DuVal, MA, in this dynamic day session as she covers the essential elements of mindfulness practice: What it is, how to do it in our daily lives for real stress reduction, and how it can help with sleep issues, weight issues, as well as chronic worry, anxiety and depression. With time to practice a variety of meditations – breathing, mini-meditations, and lying down (great for sleep!) Also included are 4 downloadable guided meditations that are yours to keep.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

A perfect day just for meditation in a gorgeous natural environment. The day is divided into guided meditation practice, yoga/ moving meditation practice, walking meditation, eating meditation, and silent meditation. Participants should know how to meditate, as this is a day for practice and no instruction will be given.

Calm and Strong: Mindfulness + Performance is an 8 week course in mindfulness training for people looking to use the practices to uplevel their daily life experience and bring greater awareness to how their mindset affects their habits, choices, and potential growth. This class is for anyone and everyone looking to learn how to bring the science of mindfulness and “high performance” into their lives for a renewed spark of energy and purpose in parenting, fitness, health choices, healing, relationships, work…or whatever you want to be totally terrific at.
