This Mindful Eating program has been taught by Michelle DuVal, MA, at the University of New Mexico and Presbyterian for the past 14 years with terrific results. Learn the clinically proven techniques of Mindful Eating for weight loss, creating healthier eating habits and choices, and to help reduce stress eating and overeating. Mindful Eating is the program that can change your relationship to food….forever.

The perfect intro to Mindfulness. Join Michelle DuVal, MA, in this dynamic day session as she covers the essential elements of mindfulness practice: What it is, how to do it in our daily lives for real stress reduction, and how it can help with sleep issues, weight issues, as well as chronic worry, anxiety and depression. With time to practice a variety of meditations – breathing, mini-meditations, and lying down (great for sleep!) Also included are 4 downloadable guided meditations that are yours to keep.
