Join Michelle DuVal, MA, in this dynamic day session as she covers the essential elements of mindfulness practice: What it is, how to do it in our daily lives for real stress reduction, and how it can help with sleep issues, weight issues, as well as chronic worry, anxiety and depression. With time to practice a variety of meditations – breathing, mini-meditations, and lying down (great for sleep!) Also included are 4 downloadable guided meditations that are yours to keep.
