This is the program you’ve been waiting for! Learn and develop the life changing skills of mindfulness and meditation in this world renowned program, taught by a true expert in the field. Progress through a uniquely comprehensive study and practice of mindfulness meditation: what it is, how to do it in our daily lives to reduce stress, manage pain, help with sleep issues, weight issues, healing processes, and more, and how it enables our ability to participate in our own health and well being.
Saturday Nov. 2
10am – 3pm
at the beautiful Norbertine
A perfect day just for meditation in a gorgeous natural environment. The day is divided into guided meditation practice, yoga/ moving meditation practice, walking meditation, eating meditation, and silent meditation. Participants should know how to meditate, as this is a day for practice and no instruction will be given.
