Live and online! Start the new year off with a whole new outlook by learning, developing, and deepening the life changing skills of mindfulness and meditation in this world renowned program, taught by a true expert in the field. Progress through a uniquely comprehensive study and practice of mindfulness meditation: what it is, how to do it in our daily lives to reduce stress, manage pain, help with sleep issues, weight issues, healing processes, and more, and how it enables our ability to participate in our own health and well being. Workshop: Care for the Caregiver – Which is all of us

Feb. 6, 10-11am MST
We are all caregivers in one way or another.
We give care to our families, our pets, our gardens, our homes and livelihoods, and (hopefully) to our bodies….and becoming more apparent is the need for us all to take a more active role in the “giving of care” toward our environment.
But what happens when we feel like our tank is empty?  Like all of our care is flowing out and nothing is flowing back in?  Join us for this special workshop – dedicated to all of our roles as caregivers – as we learn how to take a more intentional approach toward self care and allowing some love, hope and nourishment to flow back in our direction.

    The next best thing to sleep is rest. If you can use this meditation to help you move into a state of rest, you are at least now moving in a good direction. So don't be discouraged if it doesn't put you right to sleep. Use it to put you to rest, and then see what happens.
