It’s that break, that pause, that breath, that allows us to drop out of what we’re always worrying about and planning for. So that we can just live. We hope so much you can join our beautiful – and growing – community.

Somatic Mindfulness Workshop

Workshop: Somatic Mindfulness

May 6 10-11am MT
Somatic approaches are used to engage with the relationship between mind, body, brain, and behavior. Somatically trained therapists use interventions to help calm their clients’ nervous system, and create more ease in the healing process. So where does mindfulness fit in with these somatic interventions? We’ll explore this and bring in some great practices that you can use in your own practice to feel more alignment with all the moving parts of your life.
